Important information regarding Coeli SICAV I – US Equity Fund

Due to low demand for the strategy provided by Coeli SICAV I – US Equity Fund (name changed to Coeli SICAV I – Balanced, hereunder referred to as the “Sub-Fund”), the Sub-Fund changed its strategy to a wide-ranging portfolio of different asset classes. The new strategy includes holdings in equity and fixed-income securities primarily in securities issued by entities that are domiciled or active in the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Iceland). A consequence of the changes, Coeli Asset Management AB do not anymore see a demand for the new strategy from investors in Germany. Coeli Asset Management AB has therefore resolved to de-register the Sub-Fund for marketing purposes in Germany. This means that the Sub-Fund will no longer be permitted to be marketed in Germany.
